Who we are
Webcasta is a family-run web design studio in Kinglake, Victoria, operated by Vinnie and Dom with adult oversight from their parents, who handle all agreements and payments.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect what you type into it: your name, your business name, your email address and your message. If you email us instead, we hold your email like any other correspondence. The site itself sets no cookies and does not identify you. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views anonymously and cannot tell us who you are.
Where it goes
Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service based in the United States. The site is hosted by Vercel, also based in the United States. Both hold data only as needed to provide those services. We don't sell, share or add your details to any marketing list. The only thing we do with an enquiry is reply to it.
Keeping and removing it
Enquiries live in our email until they're no longer needed. If you'd like anything you've sent us corrected or deleted, email us and we'll do it.
